Shipping policy
Please note that at this point in time our website only offers shipping to Australia and a limited number of other countries. Please contact us at support@thexathletics.com.au to see if you country is included in our shipping destinations . If you are interested in international orders at this time please send us an email directly at info@thehydrabottle.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our fulfilment centre before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 12pm Friday AEST will start processing the following Monday.
Please clarify correct address details before finalising order and that you include the full business name if having your parcel delivered to a business location.
The X Athletics is not responsible for unforeseen delays with all courier companies the x athletics partners with, nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate courier.
Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. We offer standard post (3-5 business days from dispatch date) or express post (1-3 business days from dispatch date). All free shipping or promotional offers including shipping are standard post. All orders include a tracking notification which will be delivered via email. To receive this, with your order purchase you will need to leave correct email address.
