Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as refunds sometimes take additional time to appear.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email sales@thexathletics.com.au and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
